In 2008, using the small HeartChange I – My Story booklet from the 2005 Wenona retreat, we developed the HeartChange II - 3-year Bible Study which covers the study of the entire Bible.
In 2008, using the small HeartChange I – My Story booklet from the 2005 Wenona retreat, we developed the HeartChange II - 3-year Bible Study which covers the study of the entire Bible.
During the summer of 2010 we began developing the HeartChange II – 3-year Bible Study for studying fewer verses each day and organized it by book. Thus, it is the HeartChange III – By the Book Study, and it will enable us to focus even more on the daily scripture reading and spend more time in the Word rather than trying to finish within a certain amount of time. It will, of course, take more time to go through the entire Bible this way; but, the goal of discussion and giving everyone an opportunity to ask questions and share how God is changing our hearts as we seek and find God’s Word for us specifically is made much more realistic.
Even though we plan to begin the study of the entire Bible in January of 2013 (see Coming Opportunities), Genesis and James are currently available if you are interested in studying alone or leading a group at this time. Please feel to contact me with any questions or comments.
