Nine overviews covering the nine sections of God’s Word are planned for each month beginning Monday evening, March 5, and will continue through the first Monday of November 2012.
We will meet at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 118 Crisp Academy Drive, Cordele, Georgia, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. A schedule of dates is provided in Overview Dates.
We will highlight information that cannot be covered during our HeartChange II – 3-year Bible Study monthly review time together.
You will not be required to prepare for the Overviews. However, we do ask that you bring your Bible.
There will be no charge for the Overviews, but contributions will be welcomed. There will also be Bible helps available for purchase.

HeartChange III – By the Book Study will begin with Genesis on Monday evening, January 6, 2013. Genesis and James are currently available for you to review. Just go to HeartChange III – By the Book and scroll down until you find what you would like to review.
Orientation is planned for Monday, December 3, 2012, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 118 Crisp Academy Drive, Cordele, Georgia, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. You may send us a quick email on the Contact Page to let us know you are planning to attend this study. The cost will be very minimal. However, we will require you to have the New Inductive Study Bible published by Precept Ministries International (Kay Arthur). You may purchase this Bible at the Precept website. I have purchased them in bulk from www.christianbooks.com. And you will be strongly encouraged to use the Daily Study Guide Form that is a part of the HeartChange III – By the Book Study.
As you will see in other parts of this website, simplicity is key for me. I am a happily married mom of two adult children. Our son is 31, married to the love of his life, and has made us grand with two precious grandchildren. He and his wife are planning to make us grand again in May! Our adult daughter has Down Syndrome and has taught us much more than we even realize during her 30 years with us. I also work full-time, and our family is active at Ebenezer. I share this with you to let you know that the reading schedules that are part of the HeartChange III – By the Book Study beginning in January 2013 will not be lengthy because I imagine you are as busy as I am and we have to keep it simple. Though God blesses us with knowledge because He desires that we study His Word, the focus of this study is to become acquainted with His character, His will, and His ways. As we study His Word we become established in living according to His Word. We gain a foundation upon which to stand. Day by day He begins to grow us into His likeness as we choose to adjust our lives to His character, His will, and His ways.
